Wash food-contact parts, dry thoroughly and complete an initial heat cycle in line with the supplied instructions.
After cooking
Allow the BBQ and charcoal to cool completely. Remove ash, clean the grates and dry every part before storage.
Storage
Keep the unit in a dry, sheltered area. Do not leave the charcoal tray exposed to rain or standing water.

Does the grill rotate automatically?
No. The basket is rotated manually using the handle. This gives you direct control and means there is no motor, battery or plug to manage.
Can I use it indoors, inside a tent or in a garage?
No. Charcoal produces carbon monoxide. Use the BBQ outdoors only, in a well-ventilated open area, away from combustible materials.
What can I cook in the grill basket?
It is suited to foods that benefit from cooking on both sides, including burgers, sausages, wings, kebabs, fish and vegetables. Avoid overfilling so the basket can close properly.
How does the adjustable heat control work?
The charcoal tray can be positioned at different heights. Moving it closer creates more intense heat; lowering it gives you more distance and control.
Will it arrive fully assembled?
Assembly is required. Check that every fastener is secure and the unit stands level before lighting charcoal.
How long does UK delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days. Standard UK delivery is estimated at 5–10 working days after dispatch. Tracking is sent by email.
What is the returns policy?
